Questions about full-trip support
How is full-trip support priced?
It is quoted for your trip. Once a planner understands the route and the support you need, the written proposal states the total price, currency and payment recipient, and you pay only after confirming it.
Does sending a trip brief cost anything?
No. Sending a brief and the planner's first reply are free and create no booking.
Can I pay on the website?
No. The website has no online checkout. Please do not put card or bank details in a form or message.
Can I hand over only some parts?
Yes. Choose the parts you need; the proposal says what we are responsible for and what is outside the scope. If you only need attraction reservations or an English-speaking guide for a day, the single services may suit you better.
Who is responsible for the arrangements?
Homeground is operated by 盛世美达（北京）国际旅行社有限公司. The proposal names the responsible provider and the contracting party for each arrangement.
