Arrival, core touring and departure are shown day by day. Opening hours, named-entry tickets and local conditions may change the order. If anything important needs to change, we discuss it with you.
Meet your driver at the agreed Guilin airport or railway station and transfer with your luggage to your Guilin hotel. Today is for arrival and settling in; no sightseeing or on-site English guide is included. Your pickup details and English-language coordination are confirmed before travel. Overnight in Guilin.
Check out and take your private vehicle to the confirmed Li River pier. An English-speaking guide helps with the land transfer and boarding arrangements. Cruise towards Yangshuo on a boat shared with other passengers; your luggage travels separately by road under a written handover plan. After disembarking, transfer to your Yangshuo hotel. The sailing, cabin class, any meal and guide accompaniment on board are specified in your quote. Overnight in Yangshuo.
Leave from your Yangshuo hotel with your English-speaking guide and private road transport. Follow a gentle walking route through the Yulong River countryside, with stops and walking distance agreed for your group. Cycling, bamboo rafting and evening shows are optional extras, quoted and checked separately for weather and participant restrictions. Return to the same Yangshuo hotel for your second night.
Check out of your Yangshuo hotel and travel with your luggage by private vehicle to the agreed Guilin airport or railway station. We plan the departure around your confirmed flight or train, including the road transfer and check-in buffer. A Yangshuo railway-station drop-off can be checked against your onward train. Today has no sightseeing or on-site English guide; it is kept clear for departure.

The vehicle and land guide serve your group privately; the Li River boat is shared with other passengers. This four-day route keeps the Li River cruise and two Yangshuo nights, then leaves directly from Yangshuo on Day 4. It has one Guilin night and two core touring days. The five-day route adds a return to Guilin, a choice of Reed Flute Cave or Elephant Trunk Hill and one more Guilin night. Longji is not included in either base route.

If river levels, weather or operating restrictions affect the cruise, we discuss a revised sailing, route and any price difference with you before you agree. Reference starting price: USD450 per person for six adults, based on twin sharing. This is a planning reference; your final booking price is confirmed in writing before payment. Other party sizes, children and room arrangements need an individual quote. Send your dates, arrival and departure details and luggage count; before payment we confirm the hotel, cruise, guide scope, vehicle, final price and cancellation terms in writing. River levels or operating restrictions may change the sailing and day order; any revised route and price require your agreement.
